What is a PETROLWORLD Business Forum?

The Business Forum concept uses a `one to one' business meeting schedule as the main component for the programme. Around this process, informal networking activities and keynote speeches as well as a seminar programme take place.

The Meeting Schedule

A PetrolWorld Business Forum takes place in a five star venue with a business environment away from the pressures of the office. Unique to PetrolWorld events all attendees are guaranteed to meet each other in a formal 30 minute session, making it unnecessary for delegates to pre-select meetings required.

The Format

Each fuel retailer is allocated a business meeting table in a conference room where all meetings take place over two days. The supplier companies go from meeting point to meeting point according to their schedule. Each meeting last 30 minutes.

The Informal Networking

As well as one-to-one meetings, delegates have the opportunity to network informally during the breakfasts, lunches and gala dinners.

The Social Activities

Activities are arranged during relaxation time with sporting/team building themes or local tourist trails.

The Seminar Programme

A series of topical presentations and workshops of significant interest are interspersed across the day.
